KAMELIA DELEVA

Kamelia Deleva is a Clinical Counsellor and a Naturopath since 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology Specialization, masters in Spiritual Care and she is currently completing a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Kamelia is a member of CCPA, ACNN, CRPO, she is also an authorized provider for IVAC and CNESST. She currently serves as the President of the Quebec Counselling Association. 

 

Kamelia uses existential therapy and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients dealing with grief, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship concerns. As a spiritual counsellor she welcomes clients from all religious and spiritual backgrounds including atheists. Sessions are offered in English, French and Bulgarian.

DENIZ NAJI

 Deniz is a professional art therapist with over five years of experience supporting adults, teens, and children from diverse backgrounds. She is a professional member of the Association des art-thérapeutes du Québec (AATQ) and is currently completing her practicum in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.Deniz has extensive experience working systemically with children and families in schools, private practice, and community settings. Her work addresses a wide range of concerns including peer and family relationships, adjustment and life transitions, emotional and behavioural dysregulation, low self-esteem, anger management, self-harm, and LGBTQ+ issues.Her approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and somatic awareness. She incorporates play, movement, expressive arts, and verbal counselling depending on each client’s needs. Deniz is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and offers services to couples.With a deep commitment to meeting clients where they are, Deniz provides a warm, creative, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

JESSIKA WILSON

As a counsellor in training with a background in yoga, meditation, and breathwork facilitation, Jessika brings a holistic and compassionate approach to mental health and emotional well-being. Jessika supports clients who are navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions, with a focus on creating a grounded, safe space where healing and connection can unfold.
Her approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and strength-based models while weaving in the powerful tools of mindfulness and breath awareness. She believes in meeting people where they are; with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for their lived experiences.
Whether you are meeting in person or virtually, Jessika aims to offer a space where you
feel truly seen and supported. She works with adults looking to better manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience from the inside out.
Together, you will explore strategies that not only ease distress but also help you align more fully with your values and inner strengths.

She is currently a student at Yorkville University, and an intern completing her practicum in two different locations. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

MORANNE ELARAR

Moranne is a counsellor-in-training and therapeutic coach with a deep commitment to creating non-judgemental, compassionate, and supportive spaces for healing and growth. With extensive one-on-one experience, facilitating groups, and guiding mindfulness practices, she brings warmth, presence, and a grounded approach to counselling.

 

Moranne is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate (MMTCP). She also teaches part-time in the coaching program at Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre.

 

Moranne’s work is informed by both psychological training and years of experience in leadership, coaching, and community building. Moranne is committed to support their clients in navigating challenges with clarity and care. Drawing on mindfulness, CBT, relational approaches, and a trauma-aware lens, Moranne helps individuals build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and foster healthier relationships. Somatics is also central to Moranne's approach, integrating whole-self awareness. Moranne is known for their ability to hold space with empathy, curiosity, and respect, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their process.

 

Moranne is currently completing her practicum for her Master’s in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.

SAHBA GHASRODASHTI 

Before pursuing graduate studies in psychotherapy and counselling, Sahba completed a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sexology. Over the past five years, she has had the privilege of providing bilingual services to a diverse range of populations, including individuals in social rehabilitation within the carceral system, those navigating mental health recovery, and survivors of conjugal violence. Each of these experiences has shaped her growth as a counsellor and deepened her understanding of the many ways people seek healing and resilience.

She has supported clients in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, anger management, and challenges in achieving a healthy work–life balance. Her practice is rooted in an integrative approach, with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at its core. She works with adults in both individual and couple settings, always prioritizing the therapeutic alliance. She believes that healing begins with a relationship built on empathy, authenticity, and trust, and she strives to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Sahba is currently completing her practicum as part of her studies at Yorkville University. She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and a registered member (qualifying) of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
